Committee
The Architectural Control Committee shall make recommendations to and advise the Board of Directors concerning the establishment and enforcement of residential construction guidelines and rules and regulations pertaining to construction (i.e. homes, additions, fences, grading, storage sheds, etc) upon lots and shall review all construction applications submitted to it, and approve, disapprove, or require modifications and/or re-submissions of construction applications. (Members must review and follow the procedures, rules and regulations contained in the WSCA Residential Construction Guidelines prior to commencing construction of any type upon a lot. Covenants, Rules & Regulations Enforcement
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for enforcing the Covenants, Rules & Regulations of the Association through due process. Their responsibilities include holding hearings concerning the violations of these regulations by members of the community, and to advise the Board of Directors on further action. The ACC meets the first and third Wednesday of every month!
Applications must be submitted by the Monday prior to the meeting in order to be considered that week. Applications received after the Monday prior to a scheduled meeting will be processed during the next meeting.
