Building Rental Agreement
If you are interested in renting the community center, please email the president (Contact Information Page | White Sands Civic Association, Inc. (wscainc.com) to check availability, this can also be found on the calendar of events page. The cost of the rental was increased as of July 1, 2024 to $75 for downstairs with a limit of 50 attendees or upstairs $100 with the limit of 75 attendees. A separate check of $100 is required for a security deposit. Please print and fill out the form and contact the president to reserve your date. The building is available from 9am-midnight on the day of your rental the extended hours do not allow for us to book days back-to-back unless to the same person.
