The payment options using the web site will only be available to registered members and you will not be able to make a payment using the guest log-in.
Once you have registered for an account and it has been accepted you will get a bell symbol with a number in a red circle. It will appear in the upper right side of the home page. All you will need to do is click on the bell and select online payment schedule available and it will take you to the payment page and then follow the rest of the prompts provided by the web site.
